Bachelor course ‘Multimedia Applications and new Media’: students worked on eTourism-related projects

The semester is over at Università della Svizzera italiana, and students are now preparing the exams.

Within the course “Multimedia Applications and New Media”, students of the Bachelor program in Communication Sciences actively attended classes on issues related to online communication, and worked on projects about: localization, usability, analysis of online travel reviews. All the projects analyzed tourism cases, in particular:
– localization of the official websites of: Northern Ireland tourism organization, Austria tourism organization, Denmark tourism organization;
– usability of the official websites of the Camino Ignaciano, the Silkroad program and the mobile app FrancigenAR+ of the Francigena Ways;
– online travel reviews of Camino de Santiago.
